Explanation of the Superiority of Islaam By Shaykhul-Islaam Muhammad Ibn 'Abdul-Wahhaab with the exp. of Shaykh 'Abdul-'Azeez Ibn Baaz

Author: Shaykhul-Islaam Muhammad Ibn 'Abdul-Wahhaab with the exp. of Shaykh 'Abdul-'Azeez Ibn Baaz
Hardback:
80 Pages
Published:  May 2005

This book is an English translation of a tremendous treatise written by Shaykh ul-Islaam Muhammad ibn ‘Abdul-Wahhaab, entitled ‘Fadhlul-Islaam’. Originally, the explanation of this work was delivered as a series of audio lessons in Arabic by al-Imaam ‘Abdul-‘Azeez ibn Baz and transcribed by some students of knowledge.

In this book, Shaykh ul-Islaam explains by use of Qur’aanic verses, Prophetic narrations, and statements of the Prophet’s Companions, the superiority of the religion of Islaam. He shows how Islaam is the religion of Allaah that He has favored His creatures with, and that any deviation from it, be it Shirk (associating partners with Allaah) or Bid’ah (innovations), is a manifestation of ingratitude towards Allaah, the Mighty and Majestic.

Reflecting Upon the Qur'an
Author: Ash-Shaykh Saalih Ibn 'Abdullaah Al-Fawzaan
Paperback: 64 pages
Published: 2006

All praises belong to Allaah, the Lord of all the worlds, and may the peace and blessings be upon His Messenger, our Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu 'Alayhi Wa Sallam), and upon his family and upon his Companions, to proceed:

Verily the greatest blessing that Allaah has honored this nation with is His sending the Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu 'Alayhi Wa Sallam), and sending down the glorious Qur'aan upon him as guidance for mankind and to enlighten them and to remind them of that which benefits them in this life and the next life.

So the Qur'aan is the speech of Allaah, its letters and its meanings, revealed, not created. From Him it came and to Him it shall return...

The Legislation of Islaam
Author: al-Imaam 'Abdul 'Azeez Ibn 'Abdullaah Ibn Baaz
Paperback:
64 Pages
Published: Dec. 2006

It is hoped that if we implement these practices daily, doing
so sincerely for the pleasure of Allah, we will have fulfilled the two
conditions for the acceptability of acts of worship, namely: (i)
Al-Ikhlaas (sincerity) and (ii) Al Mutaaba'ah [adherence to the way of
Prophet Muhammad]. In this way, the true believer has hope of achieving
the greatest success, Al-Jannah. O Allah! We ask of You Al Jannah and
seek refuge in you from An Naar</div>

I have selected this topic due to its great importance, as is well known. For verily, study of the Islaamic Legislation (Sharee’ah) and what relates to its virtues, its benefits, its concern for the servants (of Allaah), and its necessity, is a great matter. The need for it (the Islaamic Legislation) is very serious. Seeking to understand this and giving much attention to it is from the most important of matters. Therefore, due to the importance of this topic and the great need for increasing the understanding and insight concerning it, I decided that it should be the topic of this lecture. So with this, it should be clear to my brothers who are listening that this lecture is divided into two parts:

    * The first of them is, “The Islaamic Legislaton and its Virtuous Qualities.”

    * The second of them is, “The Necessity of the Islaamic Legislation for Humanity.”

I will address both issues in my speech, if Allaah wills.

The Role of the Woman in Rectifying the Society

Author: Shaykh Muhammad Ibn Saalih al-'Uthaymeen
Hardback:
48 Pages
Published: 2005

Indeed the role of the woman in rectifying society is a role of great importance and that is because rectification of society will occur in two ways: The first way - the external rectification: It is that which will take place in the market places, the masaajid and in other places which are outside of the home. For the most part, this rectification occurs by way of the men because they are the ones who deal with the outside affairs. As for the second way, then it is the rectification of society which occurs within the home: It is that which takes place inside the homes and for the most part, it is those duties in which the women are entrusted with within the household.
