These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TROID Online Store. By placing an order through the TROID Online Store, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these Terms, in addition to the Site Terms. If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms and the troid.org/store Site Terms, you may not use the TROID Online Store.
These Terms apply only to orders you place using the TROID Online Store. If you elect to purchase from other online retailers, using links provided on www.troid.biz product pages, orders placed with those vendors may be subject to different terms.
Order Validation and Acceptance
When you place an order through the TROID Online Store, we may verify your method of payment, shipping address and/or tax exempt identification number, if any, before processing your order. Your placement of an order via the TROID Online Store is an offer to purchase our products or services. TROID may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product or documentation of service, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by TROID until the product has been shipped. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you primarily by using the e-mail address you have provided with your order.
Electronic Communication
When you place an order through the TROID Online Store, you are required to provide a valid e-mail address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of backordered products, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order. You agree that TROID will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide valid contact information which you have regular access to.
Product Display/Appearance
TROID attempts to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Site. However because the colors you see will depend on many factors, including your monitor or printer, TROID cannot guarantee that the appearance you see matches the product appearance.
Pricing and Product Information
TROID makes every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to TROID’s products, services, and prices, but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information. Information relating to TROID’s products and services is subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to TROID’s acceptance of your order. In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product or service that affects your outstanding order with TROID, or an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, delay the order, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase, TROID will issue a credit to your account for future purchases.
Security and Privacy
The TROID Online Store follows the industry standard, Secure Sockets Layer protocol, "SSL," for the transfer of data over the internet.
When accessing TROIDstore, your browser address bar will have a green notification verifying the site. This icon is your confirmation that SSL has been activated for the transfer of your personal information. A second indication of SSL activation is that the displayed URL will begin with "https".
Payment and Shipment
You may pay for your order with one of the following major credit/debit cards: Visa®, MasterCard®, Money/Postal Order, Bank Wire, Paypal, in addition to various available methods on checkout.
In most cases, your card will not be charged if TROID declines to accept your order. If your card has been charged, TROID will process a refund.
In the event your shipment will be delayed more than thirty (30) days after the date of your order, TROID will attempt to notify you by e-mail, using the e-mail address you provided, and you may elect to cancel the order. If you elect to cancel the order, TROID will issue a refund.
Processing Time, Shipping and Handling
All orders placed via troid.ca are treated with the utmost care and shipped as soon as possible. The Reign of Islamic Da'awah is a registered non-profit organisation, absolutely all proceeds from your purchase funds da'wah projects such as troid.ca, islaam.ca, our local masjid and da'wah centre operations and much more. Your help is needed and very much appreciated. Upon receiving payment for your order, certain processing times factor into the arrival of your package; Order processing and Shipping Standards. By adding the processing time and shipping standard together, you will be able to derive an estimated time to expect your order.
Making Your Order - Note: All orders are shipped same day where possible, however, this isn't always possible, for this reason, we have created these expectations. Add the processing time and the shipping standards to determine your ETA
Order Processing Time (the time needed to prepare your order) -
1. MP3 Downloads
Orders placed by Paypal will process 'automatically' and your personalised download url will be emailed to you. For all other payment methods, allow up to 48hrs for us to process your payment.
About MP3 Downloads
- Upon purchase, we will receive notification of your order and send you a private link to download your new mp3 (please allow up to 48hrs to receive the email), be sure to add shop at troid.org (in e-mail format) to your safe/friends list so the email will not spam/junk mail
- Once processed, you will receive an email notifying you that you will have 7 days (168 hrs) to download your MP3, for security reasons, the download link (url) can only be used once
- There are no shipping charges with 'e-goods'
- Some of the MP3 audios (pre-2004) have been restored from cassette and have reduced noise/hiss and improved quality to the best level possible; they are however, from original 'analog quality' cassettes.
- Check the sample of the audio before buying, no refunds/exchange will be issued after purchase
2. Books
All Books are kept in stock on-site. There is no processing time for books; however there is a general expectation of 3 business days or less to ship books.

The current shipping prices on TROID Store reflect the per weight ratings derived 'real-time' from the servers of our shipping partners, Please allow some variance of a day or two (on 1-10 day shipments) and up to one week (one intl. ground packages) for arrival time and do not forget to factor in the processing time for your order. Be sure to follow up your chosen choice of postal carrier first for an update on your package, if you order is a week or more late, please contact us immediately
3. Clothing
All colours and sizes are clearly marked on the shopping cart item, unless marked XX or XL etc., sizes are generic, 62 = 62 inches in length, for extra space, order larger sizes, check carefully before selecting a size. We understand things may not always fit. You may return and exchange your clothing item within 7 days of receiving it and get a refund or gift certificate/exchange provided that it is unused and not damaged. Beyond 7 days, the item is non-refundable, exchange only. Beyond a 30 day period, there will be no refund or exchange.
4. Herbal Products
Sweet Sunnah Herbal Products have not been approved by the FDA (or Health Canada).
*The product discriptions likewise, have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (or Health Canada). This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Note: "Business day" means Monday through Friday except for national holidays
Return Policy
You may return any product purchased through the TROID Online Store within seven (7) days of receipt with the exception of CDs and MP3s, provided that the product is unused and repackaged in its original packaging materials. We reserve the final right to authorise a return based on review of the items quality upon receipt (including any in-freight damage) If you received the wrong product, or a product that is damaged or defective or contains a damaged or defective part, you may contact us to obtain return instructions, or to obtain a replacement item (sometimes without needing to return anything!). We aim to offer a complete professional service, and insha'Allaah are improving our presentation, ease-of-use website, packaging and shipping year-in, year-out. Should you find something deficient and outside of our preceding service agreement, do not hesitate to contact us, we guarantee we will rectify any mistake on our part, promptly and happily.
